Rohit has exhibited streaks of entrepreneurship in his diverse roles over the years. His over 18 years of experience spans across sales & marketing (Amul-FMCG), commodities futures trading (Olam International Limited), consumer services in US, Canada and Europe (Wipro BPO & Quatrro BPO), OEM sales (Optical media- Moser Baer) and the formation of new BPO operations in India (erstwhile Spectramind and Quatrro BPO).

Rohit incubated LemonLearn eServices (P) Ltd. in 2010, specifically focussed on the under-serviced M&SME segment, to cater managed business services. Rohit holds an MBA (PGDRM-class of 1991) from "Institute of Rural Management Anand" (IRMA) and a B.Sc. (AG. &AH.-Class of 1986) from "Gobind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar".
Siddharth is a highly experienced professional, with over 10 years of IT & ITES background in transition & operations. He has been responsible for some of the most successful campaigns for organizations like Convergys India & Quatrro BPO; serving end-users & clients like Microsoft, HP and MSN.
He has been closely associated with retail technical support business model and has been exposed to the rapidly evolving market needs. He is also credited with being the core team member and a Service Delivery Lead (Technical Solutions Group) at Quatrro BPO, towards setting-up a unique offshore based online PC support service for consumers and small & medium businesses in US & Canada. Siddharth holds a BA(HONS) from Delhi University.
Samarth (Sam) is an experienced IT professional, with over 10 years of IT & business reengineering hands-on experience under his belt. He has been a part of some of the most successful campaigns for organizations like Wipro. BPO (erstwhile Spectramind) & Quatrro BPO; serving clients like Dell, Microsoft, AOL and end-users alike.
In his last role with Quatrro BPO, Sam played a critical role in identifying & aligning technology solutions that resulted in creating innovative revenue streams. As a Product Manager for Qresolve (Technical Solutions Group) consumer tech support service, he played a creditable role as a core team member. At LemonLearn, Sam spearheads the development of the organization by introducing & leveraging technologies that redefine the way business is conducted. It involves evaluating technological breakthroughs, spotting trends, introducing standards into the organization to make IT infrastructure flexible, scalable & adaptable. Sam holds a B.Com (Honours) (Class of 1999) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University & a PGDIT (Class of 2003) from Symbiosis Institute of Management.
Amit brings over 13 years of Cross-functional Marketing experience from the Retail Financial Services industry. He has been associated with Banks (Standard Chartered & ABN Amro) & Insurance Company (Tata AIG) where he has handled strategic roles for developing, maintaining and delivering marketing initiatives to meet company objectives.
His last assignment before joining eTechies was with Tata AIG Life Insurance Company, where he was Heading their Digital & Channel Marketing function. In this role, his major contribution was towards the development, reinforcement, and implementation of long-term ATL & BTL strategy and plans for the brand. Ensuring brand salience on ground through close co-ordination and liaison with respective channel heads, regional branch managers for local implementation. He was also a part of the strategy marketing team which supported the Sales & distribution function in launching the new Alternate Channel of distribution – Online Internet Sales.
Prior to that was associated with ABN Amro Bank and was one of the earliest employees to join the Credit Cards Division at the India office. He joined the bank in 2002, as a Sales & Marketing Manager and over the next 6.5 years, he handled various challenging assignments across functions and moved up the corporate ladder. His last role at the bank was as “Head of Premium Channels & Loyalty Clients”.
Amit started his career with Consumer Durable Company – BPL Limited, where he was responsible for Rural & Distribution Marketing.
Amit holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering & Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration from University of Pune. He is currently pursuing his PHD Program from XLRI- Jamshedpur.
